after one week of work its super tiring!!

everyday its just typing and more typing =/

need to have a 1000entries by 7april..

but now i have about 800 entries alr!

lucky its the end of the week!

weekends is here!!

its funny how people think that you have pressed the button for the lift just because you are standing in the life lobby..

those people would just be standing there waiting for the lift that never comes

and i type and type

in the morning i didn’t have a lappie and so i stoned =/

after lunch i got a lappie and stoned somemore..

fortunately i have msn =)

and people to chat to..

works sucks

everyone says that data entry is boring ><

i have 4 months of doing that.. hope its not that bad =)

anyway gonna meet my deardear for dinner now

miss him lots..

D’Coconut Lagoon

the trip was the first time i went overseas with friends and no mama!

i had went with the GLs whom i am so happy that they had included me when planning for the trip =)

beware of super long post ahead.. 1503 words >< essay-like post

Day 0 –> 10March2008

we had to take a 12 hours bus ride to reach the place where we can take boat to the island. the boat ride was about 45minutes..

anyway when we met at Golden Mile Complex, i realise that Jessica and Pei Wen are both big suckers..

they wore shorts (Jessica) and skirts (Pei Wen) for the bus ride.

Pei Wen even worse, she was wearing contacts for the bus ride which made her a bigger sucker..

Yide is the biggest sucker as he fell sick and couldn’t go.. luckily it was Wei Jie who replace him and not ******

so on the bus ride we were on.

I had a good sleep on the bus unlike the rest because i have the pillow i kope from my fatfat. hehe

Day 1 –> 11March2008

when we were at the place for the alighting of boat, we realise that the boat would be late so we had time to shop around first.

so in the end, Jess, Pei Wen, Jia Hui, Felicia and me bought these batik cloth that we can tie when we can wearing bikini!

before the boat ride, i took motion sickness pill for fear i might merlion during the boat ride..

Wayne and Jia Ling who had previous history of merlion-ing took the pills too.. and we didn’t puke!

in the end, only Felicia who didn’t take the pill puke..

we had to change from the bigger speed boat to a smaller boat because the shore was too shallow..

when we were at the island i was so awestruck by the view!!

it was absolutely stunning! the water was so clean and clear you can see the bottom.. it was bluish-green colour..

and there was a swimming pool which was just steps away from our room!

BTW i shared the room with Jia Ling, Jessica and Pei Wen.. my 2016 buddy!

and the beach was like less than a minute walk away!

as by the time we reach the resort it was kinda late for us to register for the snorkeling.

so we just change to our swimming costume and jump into the pool and took super lots of photos

the guys had gone to the beach to be camwhore!

when i went there i saw the super cute angmoh baby with very nice blue eyes.. ask his grandpa who was with him whether i can take a photo with him or not and he agreed!

they took lots of photos and the beach before climbing up the rocks and took photos like they were taking part in the Manhunt competition.

after that we just went for dinner and slack in 2015, played lots of Uno (brought by Felicia) and DaiDee..

and the guys started all the armpit hair thingy and buai-ing the girls with their armpit ><

after that return to our room and started our cam-whoring..

putting the camera on the cupboard and setting timer to take our photos..

hehe

Day 2 –> 12 March2008

woke up late =x

even had breakfast delivered to our room by the guys.. haha thanks a lot!

after slacking around for a bit, we change into our swimming costume and jump in the pool and took lots of photos again!

today we wore the batik cloth! haha

all of us look so nice! took a lot of photos at the beach..

we went for lunch and met that ang moh family and took photo with the baby.. Billy or Bailey.. not too sure heh

after that was the girls’ turn to be camwhore on the beach and rocks.. took lots of photos of myself at the beach!

then we went to register for snorkeling…

at first i was super scared to go into the water even though there was like life jacket (i can’t swim even if it was to save my life =/)

luckily wayne keep urging me.. even when i entered the water, i was still scared.. luckily Wayne and Kiap was with me and calm me down.. Thanks guys..

and in the end the two of them became my personal swimmers.. (they took turns =))

i just keep holding on to them while they swam and brought me around..

but the view was breath-taking, all the corals and fishes was gorgeous!

after that the people in charge called us onto the boat signalling the end of the snorkeling..

or so we thought..

it was actually to bring us to the 2nd part.. so we went down into the water again..

BenLim and Felicia stayed on the boat because they were getting nausea

but the second trip was unfortunately not that nice as it was more shallow and the corals are like dead.. (think people stepped on it and destroyed it =/)

we gathered around and talk for a while, and when we look down, there were lots of fishes around the guys legs!

later i heard from the guys was because the fishes though the leg hair of guys was seaweed so was food to them!! i tot that the fact was super cute!

i manage to touch one fish and it was like slimy and he slipped away from my hands..

the seawater was super salty =/

and i think it went into my nose thus causing me to have a runny nose which lasted through the trip ><

after that we returned to the resort.. as we were awaiting the smaller boat to return to pick us up (need to go 2 rounds)

BenWong suddenly said his stomach cannot take it and he needs to poop!! in the middle of the sea!!

i was like stunned! after stunned was just pure laughter! when we reached the island the rest of the people heard of BenWong’s stunt!

after that we all continued in the pool with our nonsense and taking photos session.

then i got Felicia to follow me and be my personal photographer while i made something for my fatfat with the dead corals and seashells available there

after that Sharon, Jia Hui BenWong and Jin Jie and me went to the stones for our turn to be cam whore!

the view is also super nice with superb photos being taken.

at night, after dinner we went to the bar at the other side of the island..

i realise the residents of the island love pineapple.. everything have pineapple taste to it

haha the next day we had a shock when the bill was like $600RM

we went back to the resort to sleep after the drinks..

Day 3 –> 13March2008

wake up early in the morning because we have to check out and leave the beautiful island

we packed and ate breakfast and got onto the speed boat and prepare our journey back to our busy and hectic life..

on the boat, i was suppose to sit at the inside where it’ll leak water =/

fortunately, BenLim was willing to switch with me..

Jia Ling realise that she left her black skinny at the resort =/

also fortunately i sat at the correct side again, the opposite side people were wet from the water splashing..

when we reach the main island we realise that our bus was gonna leave soon and so we rush to the bus area..

fortunately the bus was there and waiting..

and we even had time to go to the toilet to change into our jeans..

i even manage to buy one seashell photoframe for my fatfat!

and so our 12 hour bus ride begins.. @ 10:00am

in between, when we were allowed to go for lunch, i bought some biscuits which i can bring home..

then comes dinner.. we were allowed to eat and shop around for a bit..

and after that, the bus uncle showed some super old-schooled MTVs and Kung Fu Basketball by Jay Chou on the tv!!

we all just watch and relaxed and laughed about it..

by the time we reached back to Golden Mile Complex, it was already 11.15 pm =/

so i went home without going for dinner with them..

if not i will have to take a cab home which i’m too broke to do so =/

and so our journey to the beautiful island ends..

with all the fun and random things dome and photos taken..

with all the slacking around and just relaxing and eating a lot at the buffet..

we returned to our lifes in Singapore..

i wonder if this trip would be the last or if it was just the midpoint of our friendship

a total of 502 photos were taken, which i will keep till the end for memories of this

Farewell party…

today was the farewell party for us from DLM…

its held at Exculsior Hotel.. even thought he exterior looks damn rundown but the interior was surprising nice!

went to Wendy’s house at around 10 to practise our Uptown Girls..

and ah Bao looks damn funny in Wendy’s dresses.. haha

Thanks Mindy for doing my make-up for me! Simply love that purple eyeliner

fortunately our dance went alright except when that Ricky came on stage and disturb the dance routine that ah Bao and i suppose to be doing..zzzz
